Product Use
The SFU017 series multi-cylinder dust removal units can be widely used in air-conditioning and dust filtration systems in light-industry enterprises such as cotton spinning, synthetic fiber, hemp spinning, papermaking, and tobacco processing. These units filter and collect fibers and particulate contaminants from the airflow passing through them, thereby purifying the air for reuse or discharge.
Dust collection and briquetting systems for cotton fluff, sawdust, paper dust, tobacco dust, and the crushing of various solid wastes (such as fibrous dust generated during the process of using shredded old clothing as fuel in cement plants).

Brief description of the working principle
The SFU017 series dust removal unit is a mechatronic dust removal system composed of a first-stage disc pre-filter and a second-stage multi-cylinder filter. The first-stage disc pre-filter primarily filters, separates, and collects fibers and impurities from the air being treated. The second-stage multi-cylinder filter primarily filters, separates, and collects fine fibers and dust particles remaining in the air after the first-stage filtration.
