Provide documentation.

Provide a complete operation and maintenance manual, installation drawings, supply catalog, equipment manuals, installed capacity and operating parameters, warranty certificates for various equipment, inspection reports, and system acceptance reports.

Warranty Service

During the warranty period, if a failure occurs due to the buyer’s proper operation and maintenance of the system according to our company’s instructions, we will provide free and timely repair or replacement of the faulty components.

First, we’ll conduct a remote diagnosis. Based on the type of fault, we’ll provide remote training to on-site personnel to help them resolve the issue. If the problem is related to product quality, Aijin Company will arrange shipment within a short period of time. Of course, we’ll also provide some spare parts in advance.

Personnel training

Aijin Company will provide on-site training to the owner’s relevant personnel—including equipment and electrical maintenance staff as well as key responsible persons—during the equipment installation and commissioning process.

During the debugging phase, we will provide on-site training to your company’s relevant personnel on system operation and maintenance. We can also organize other types of training as needed. When the system is updated or upgraded, we will offer this type of training free of charge.

Aijin Company provides users with free personnel training services within China until the trainees are able to independently operate, maintain, and service the systems, as well as become proficient in the use of the automated control systems. Furthermore, Aijin Company commits to providing free training again once the automated control systems are upgraded in the future.

All on-site training sessions, during the actual equipment installation and commissioning process, will cover many of the issues listed above. Therefore, after the system installation and commissioning are completed, the actual training duration required may vary slightly depending on the maintenance personnel’s level of proficiency.

Once remote control is enabled, remote training can also be carried out.

Self-Control System Upgrade Service

The digital control system was developed by Chen Hu, who has extensive professional experience and owns full rights to the software, thoroughly familiar with all its technical details. Therefore, should any customer encounter a failure in the control system, thanks to the aforementioned hardware and software technical support, Aijin will have no difficulties whatsoever in securing hardware supplies or coordinating with suppliers for software-related issues, enabling us to swiftly assist customers in resolving their problems.

After the control system upgrade, our company provides free software upgrade services.

After-sales service

We will ensure the system design and product quality, and can confidently state that this system is among the best available in China today. Beyond the warranty period, we will provide lifelong follow-up surveys and after-sales services to our customers. Should a system malfunction occur and cannot be resolved under the remote guidance of our technical staff, we will do our utmost to assist the buyer in promptly troubleshooting the issue. Outside the warranty period, we will charge for material costs as well as travel expenses for our service technicians.

Ongoing services for the project

Aikin works closely with clients and architectural design firms throughout the design process.

Aijin works closely with the construction contractor. Typically, Aijin deploys specialized engineers to remain on-site permanently, providing guidance during installation and completing commissioning work. Once the civil engineering work for the air-conditioned rooms is completed, we can send personnel to station permanently at the construction site.
