Rotating pre-filter (disc rotation)

Waste separator

The housing features a smooth surface finish, a worm-gear motor, chain drive, and a cam-controlled incline angle. The three-dimensional filtration drum is made of cast steel, equipped with a metallic wire mesh filter screen, a safety glass viewing window, and a metal outer casing for compacting waste materials. It incorporates a four-position limit switch and has a screw shaft whose outer circumference is coated with rubber. A digital differential-pressure protection device and a friction clutch are also included. Its function is similar to that of a cotton condenser, offering excellent dust and impurity removal while causing minimal damage to the fibers.
