The aluminum alloy flood barrier is a custom-made product. They are rigorously installed and customized on-site. Since this is a custom-made product, the on-site installation plan must be confirmed for each production run, and the production cycle will be adjusted according to on-site requirements.
The bottom is fitted with a sealant to allow flexible adaptation to the ground. Combined with the weight of the flood barrier itself, this ensures a better seal against the ground. Overlapping sections between adjacent flood barriers are also equipped with rubber seals. The connecting plate is also used for reinforcement, enabling the waterproof panel to achieve a better leak-proof effect.
Each flood barrier can be customized on the backwater side of the support frame. The support frame and baffle are connected by bolts to form a triangular support surface, which makes the baffle’s water plate more stable and improves its sealing performance.
1 The structure of the flood-control waterstop must be sufficiently stable.

Therefore, the baffle we choose must be made of materials that are flood-resistant, moisture-proof, and waterproof. Only such materials can provide us with the ideal flood-control effect.
3 Ensure that the operation of the flood barriers is simple enough.
