  • 1. Bag-type chemical filter

    Suitable for various air conditioning and ventilation systems, it can effectively purify the air.

    This filter bag is made by combining highly adsorptive activated carbon fibers with filter cotton. It features strong surface adsorption capabilities and can effectively control odors and organic pollutants in the air.

     

     

    2. Synthetic Fiber Pre-Filter Bag-Type Filter

     

     

    Large airflow, low resistance, washable, high dust-holding capacity, low operating costs.

    1) Application: Filtration of smaller particles during air filtration; pre-filtration for high-efficiency filters

    2) Type: Multi-bag filter

    1) Application: High-temperature resistance and coarse dust filtration; suitable for use in high-temperature environments and as a pre-filter in air filtration systems.

    2) Type: Flat Metal Mesh Filter

    3) Frame: galvanized steel sheet, stainless steel, aluminum alloy

    4) Filter media: Composed of multi-layered, crisscrossing corrugated aluminum mesh or stainless steel mesh with a multi-layered structure that increases the filtration area. It is made up of 18 layers of aluminum foil with varying mesh sizes, is washable, and offers excellent filtration efficiency.

    5. Nylon mesh primary filter

     

     

    Good washability, high air permeability, low resistance, high-temperature resistance, moisture resistance, acid resistance, and alkali resistance.

    1) Application: Coarse dust filtration, typically used in fresh-air handling units, air outlets, and other areas where the system is exposed to outdoor air. It is also suitable for indoor air handling units and other air-conditioning systems that require high-volume filtration equipment, as well as environments with special requirements such as resistance to acids, alkalis, or high temperatures.

    2) Outer frame: Aluminum alloy outer frame or nylon edging

    3) Filter media: Nylon mesh woven from monofilaments made of materials such as PP, PA, and PE.

    4) Inner frame: Galvanized iron wire or stainless steel wire

    5) Efficiency: G1, G2 (EN779)
