Aikin’s human-computer interaction workstations have been under development for over a decade. After several upgrades and iterations, the fourth-generation TexView-4 software now better meets the diverse needs of different customers.
TexView-4, a host computer monitoring software developed specifically for textile air-conditioning systems, can be flexibly installed on an unlimited number of PCs running Windows. Connected to PLC controllers via Ethernet, it enables the display of air-conditioning processes, real-time and historical data for various operating parameters, reports, trend charts, alarm records, and the ability to print them all. It also provides a human-machine interface with different user levels, allowing users at each level to perform corresponding settings and operations.
Both the air-conditioning system and the control system are sourced from Aijin. They have been meticulously designed with full consideration of the unique characteristics of our own air-conditioning systems, closely aligned with actual operating conditions, and deliver excellent performance in critical areas such as control accuracy and energy-saving effectiveness. The monitoring system boasts a high degree of integration, with key information and control requirements presented in a simple and clear manner, thereby minimizing workload and significantly reducing labor costs. In the system, a large-scale database supports the retention of data records for no less than five years, providing customers with substantial convenience and robust support for quality analysis. During the development of new products, customers may need to adjust air-conditioning system parameters; this control system offers straightforward and easy-to-implement adjustment options. Moreover, the retention of data records enables customers to analyze and determine the optimal air-conditioning requirements. Level-5 password protection ensures convenient and secure management. The main station interface, entirely in Chinese, is intuitive, vivid, and easy for customer personnel to learn, master, and use flexibly.
All use dynamic vector graphics, making the visuals more intuitive and detailed, and the operation more convenient.
Adopting a PLC-based closed-loop CNC control system, this system provides the optimal control method for textile mill air-conditioning stations. The system consists of three main components: field instruments, a PLC real-time control substation, and a central control master station serving as the human-machine interface.
The system operation can be understood as a two-level control and two-level display: on-site control and central station control, with digital displays of field instruments and centralized monitoring and display at the main control station. Specifically, at the field site, digital data such as pressure, temperature, and humidity can be read directly, enabling intuitive, rapid, and accurate analysis and judgment. At the main control station, remote data reading, parameter adjustment, curve generation, report creation, and display and printing of alarm information are performed.
Both the air conditioning system and the control system are sourced from Aijin. They have been meticulously designed with full consideration of the unique characteristics of our own air conditioning systems and closely aligned with actual operating conditions, enabling them to achieve excellent performance in critical areas such as control accuracy and energy-saving effectiveness.
The monitoring system features a high degree of integration, with critical information and control requirements presented in a simple and clear manner, thereby minimizing workload and saving labor costs to the greatest extent.
In the system, a large database supports the retention of data records for no less than 5 years, providing significant convenience and support for customers’ quality analysis.
During the new product development process, customers may need to adjust the parameters of the air conditioning system. The adjustment of this control system is simple and easy to implement. Meanwhile, the retention of data records can help customers analyze and determine the optimal air-conditioning requirements.
The all-Chinese main site interface is intuitive, vivid, and easy for relevant customer personnel to learn, master, and use flexibly.
